A rainy morning didn’t phase Abbie and James…they’d come across to The Briery Wood Hotel from Blyth in the North-East, and the Lakes weather wasn’t going to stop them. I actually cleared up later, anyway! After an indoor ceremony, in which their dog held a starring role, I shot a few photos in the hotel grounds, thenwe headed down to Miller Ground for a stunning photoshoot with the water and fells as a backdrop. Abbie just smiled, all day long. The evening reception included a lot of fantastic dance moves and a stunning exit, lit by sparklers, laughter and more than a few tears!
